Monika Pandey
My name is Monika Pandey, and I am the Director of Montessori Creative Learning School. I am a certified Montessori educator for the 3–6 age group, with a strong foundation in Montessori philosophy and classroom practice. My passion for early childhood education began during my college years, when I realized how deeply I wanted to contribute to shaping young minds.
Over the years, I have established four preschools, three of which are successfully operating in Chhattisgarh, India, serving as nurturing environments for young learners. I hold an MBA in Human Resources, a Master’s in Education, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Economics.
Before fully dedicating myself to education, I spent 12 years in the corporate sector, gaining valuable experience in leadership, management, and organizational development. In 2024, I founded my LLC in North Carolina to continue pursuing my lifelong goal of creating meaningful learning spaces for children.
With Montessori Creative Learning School, my dream of combining professional excellence with my love for children has truly come to life. Every day, I find joy and purpose in guiding young learners through their early educational journey, fostering curiosity, independence, and a love for learning.
