• Site Selection & Infrastructure Development: Ensuring that every school was built in an environment conducive to learning, safety, and growth.
• Curriculum Design & Program Development: Structuring engaging, high-quality learning programs tailored to different age groups.
• Staff Recruitment & Training: Hand-selecting and mentoring passionate educators who align with a child-centered approach to learning.
• School Operations & Leadership: Managing day-to-day school functions to ensure an enriching, well-structured, and seamless educational experience for students and parents alike.
